My Story
Nine years ago, I was a Creative Director living a very successful career until I was suddenly laid off due to budget cuts.
What I didn’t expect was how disorienting it would feel to lose my job, but what threw me for an even bigger loop was what came next.
I unexpectedly (and happily!) found my way into health coaching, started working with clients, giving them plans, teaching them what to do…but something immediately stood out.
Most people weren’t struggling because they didn’t know what to do. They struggled, because they couldn’t follow through consistently.
So I became obsessed with figuring out why it’s so hard to experience change even when you’re driven, willing to put in the work, and have a deep desire for it.
That curiosity led me into a Master’s life coaching program that completely blew my mind. I started learning about identity, beliefs, and the nervous system and how those things are what actually determine our decisions and behavior. And I didn’t just apply what I was learning on clients, I started using it on myself too.
Back then one of my biggest struggles was with binge and emotional eating. The kind of battle that makes you feel like you’re constantly starting over and trying to fix yourself but nothing works no matter how hard you try. After decades of feeling like a failure, the thing I realized through this work was life-changing.
What my clients (and I) needed wasn’t more discipline. It was learning how to recognize and gently interrupt patterns as they were unfolding.
Once I started doing this work, everything started to shift naturally. Food was no longer a problem, my relationships improved, and my anxiety drastically reduced. I could barely believe it (!!!) and couldn’t wait to share it with the world.
At first, I helped women heal their relationship with food and body image, and over time started helping those same clients with their relationships, work, confidence, boundaries, finances, big dreams, etc.
Because when you stop abandoning yourself in the exact moment things used to fall apart—that doesn’t just impact one area of life. It’s the core that influences everything.
Now I work with high-achieving women who are aware of their patterns, but find themselves caught in the same loop of knowing what they want yet still feel stuck. Not because they’re lazy, but because an internal automatic sequence is running the show…and they just don’t know what that is yet.
My work focuses on that moment: the split second where behavior shifts away from what you want. I help you recognize and interrupt the moment you begin to abandon yourself in real time—so your awareness, internal experience, and behavior begin to align. When this alignment happens, the change in your behavior becomes something you can actually rely on without constant effort.
If you’re highly self-aware, but still get caught in patterns you can clearly see—but can’t consistently shift in the moment—you’re in the right place and this work is likely the missing link.
